Leah Steele
Executive Director
Leah has over 11 years of experience in the area of addictive disease treatment, including administration, marketing, business development, admissions, aftercare coordination, and discharge planning. Prior to joining Project Recovery, Leah was Director of Operations for Sanctuary at Malibu, a sober living facility in southern California. As Executive Director, Leah is responsible for strategic marketing, public relations, community outreach, and oversees all day to day operations at the corporate and facilities levels. In addition to her experience in business administration, Leah brings energy, optimism, and unconditional compassion to her role and sees every client's experience and growth as essential to the success of Project Recovery.

Lynda Steele, LCSW
Clinical Director
A nationally recognized addiction and recovery consultant, speaker, and author, Lynda Steele has been working in the field of addictive disease since 1981. In her over 25 years in the field of addictive disease, Lynda has been a Primary Counselor in both residential and outpatient settings, designed and implemented addiction programs, and has designed clinical programs for several leading addictive disease residential treatment programs in the nation. In the early 1990’s, Lynda began her own private practice specializing in treating individuals, couples, and families suffering from the disease of addiction.

Matthew Andersen, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Matthew Andersen received Medical School and Residency training at the University of Utah in Family Medicine with special training in addiction treatment and has extensive experience treating patients suffering from the disease of addiction. In addition to running a busy family practice clinic in Draper, Utah, Dr. Andersen works as a medical consultant for several in-patient and out-patient treatment programs, sober living facilities, and as medical director of Nexstep Medical Detox in Orem, Utah.
